I offer coaching, training, and hands-on workshops around Software and Systems Engineering—practical, collaborative, and tailored to your context.

My clients are individuals and engineering teams, in small to mid-sized companies and startups in the DACH region. They build mechatronic systems and products with a high software share.

I try to help#

I help by introducing, renewing, and operationalizing methods and toolchains in your software and systems engineering process. I improve clarity and alignment through lightweight, reviewable documentation and architecture practices, strengthen collaboration in distributed teams with transparent and auditable communication patterns, and establish or improve CI/CD for software, specifications, and documentation. Where appropriate, I apply modern AI workflows (LLMs, agents) responsibly to the above.
